A: If you would like to approve of your design before Hi-Gear fulfills your order, select Free Design when adding dog tags and/or carabiners to your cart. By opting into this program, Hi-Gear will email you a design proof within two business days from when you place your order. Hi-Gear will not begin to laser your designs onto your product until you approve of the design. Hi-Gear's design team will work with you to make any alterations that you wish to see. If you are unsatisfied with Hi-Gear's designs, hi-Gear will refund you your money at no charge.
A: Hi-Gear school and sport cones are made in the USA using non phthalate materials. Most other PVC cones on the market contain high levels of phthalates. Phthalates (a chemical that softens plastic) are a suspected hormone disruptor in children. Phthalates and lead were banned from products intended for children by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act in 2008.
